The original building has been completely renovated and is now presented with certification KlimaHaus to allow guests to experience staying in an environment that constantly maintains the same conditions of comfort all year around, thanks to careful thermal insulation and the use of premium materials worked masterfully by local artisans.
Located just steps from the center of Paluzza, on the banks of the river Pontaiba, the apartment is on the ground floor and is easily accessible for disabled people as it has a reserved parking space in the garage next to the entrance. It consists of a small entrance that leads to the kitchen with living-dining area, and which leads to a small but cozy outside area to enjoy the atmosphere of the mountains.
The adjacent hallway then leads to the master bedroom, a single bedroom and finally the toilet suitable for disabled people.
Just in front of the building, which is only 20 minutes from the ski slopes of Monte Zoncolan, on the banks of Pontaiba there is a pretty communal garden enclosed and equipped for children's outdoor games.
