The building was a typical rural construction of Carnia '800 with barn and stable, now completely renovated without the use of polluting fossil fuels thanks to the inexhaustible source of firewood from the forest behind the property, which feeds the heating.
Owned by the skiman of the national team skiing, winner of Olympics Games and World Championships, born in Paluzza which has for years been incessant breeding ground for champions, and technical staff of highly decorated Giorgio di Centa, the apartment is situated on the slopes of Monte Tersadia right along the path of the running race organized by the World Mountain Running Championship Masters Athletics (WMA), a ring that has its origin in the center of Paluzza, reaching down to the fraction of Rivo passing through the villages of Centa and Englaro.
The apartment is located on the first and on the second floor of the place where was the stable used as barn.
Down stair there is a double bedroom and a bathroom, upstairs a wide living-dining room with fitted kitchen, another double bedroom with spectacular overlooking of Paluzza and Monte Paularo, bathroom.
