The building was a typical rural construction of Carnia '800 with barn and stable, now completely renovated without the use of polluting fossil fuels thanks to the inexhaustible source of firewood from the forest behind the property, which feeds the heating.
Owned by the skiman of the national team skiing, winner of Olympics Games and World Championships, born in Paluzza which has for years been incessant breeding ground for champions, and technical staff of highly decorated Giorgio di Centa, the apartment is situated on the slopes of Monte Tersadia right along the path of the running race organized by the World Mountain Running Championship Masters Athletics (WMA), a ring that has its origin in the center of Paluzza, reaching down to the fraction of Rivo passing through the villages of Centa and Englaro.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and easily accessible by disabled people, there is in fact a parking area just adjacent to the entrance door. It is composed by a hall-living-dining room, kitchen with original exposed beams fully equipped, double bedroom overlooking Monte Zoncolan and the peak of Tamai, bathroom equipped for disabled people, another double bedroom.
There is also a fantastic wellness area that you can book for your exclusive use just for 40.00€ per day, with sauna, turkish bath and Jacuzzi. Outside a wide open area of about 40 mq paved and exposed to the sun
