Features

Originally the building was a "stavolo" '800 (typical rural Carnic building) that housed a barn and the house of the owner of the surrounding fields. Completely renovated it is now presented with stones on one side and wood on the other hand, a perfect example of the typical architecture of Carnia. Functional and comfortable. The building is slightly raised above the access road and then dominates the entire valley with views of Monte Arvenis and, further, the Zoncolan. The apartment is located on the first floor and it can be reached by an external staircase in larch which leads to a terrace which leads directly into the kitchen-dining room with oak beams. From here, through a small hallway leads to the master bedroom and the bathroom. The building is equipped with the most updated technologies, alongside the typical characteristics of rural houses in the mountains, make it the ideal place for a comfortable relaxing stay.
