Features
The renovation was carried out with great care and respect of the building from which it originates, now suitably insulated for maximum comfort, and particularly the structure with exposed wood beams.
From a large entrance terrace, shared with another accommodation housed in the building, you enter the stairwell and then directly to the apartment which is presented immediately with a large and bright room that serves as entrance and kitchen / living room, fully equipped kitchen facility, where you will find also a double sofa bed. From this central room, in the characteristic style of the old houses in the mountains, you can have access to all other rooms of the apartment: a single room with a cot, changing mat and bottle warmer cabinet, a double bedroom with exposed beams and a beautiful stone wall recovered during the restoration, and a terrace overlooking Monte Zoncolan, and finally the bathroom, a shower with a tub, and a washing machine.
This apartment is located a few steps far from the central square of Paluzza and all services and retail outlets. A short distance away, on the banks of the creek Pontaiba, there is a lovely public garden enclosed and equipped for children to play. The Monte Zoncolan is only twenty minutes far drive by car, as well as many points of departure for walks including the famous Alpine Crossing Carnic, which develops on the tracks of the trenches of the Great War, which saw the area undisputed protagonist.
