The property has been purchased for several years by Mrs. Giovanna,which has dedicated itself to the arrangement of every single detail. The house occupies all three floors of the property, is divided into two apartments with an internal staircase in common. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the living room with pellet stove, which leads to a terrace and a small service. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, the two single bedrooms and the bathroom. On the upper floor there is another attic apartment, with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom.
Both apartments are equipped with dishwasher, oven and washing machine
The apartment also offers a private courtyard for exclusive use equipped with relaxation area, ideal for children, where they can play in total safety.
